Takshak Entertainment produces live events, represents artists and builds cultural partnerships across Nepal. This policy covers information handled through takshak.com.np.

• Event updates: your email address and subscription choice when you join our mailing list, including through the optional signup in the cookie banner.
• Enquiries: your name, email address, enquiry type and message so we can respond and follow up.
• Giveaways: the details requested on the entry form, such as your name, email, mobile number and city, to manage entries, verify eligibility and contact winners.
• Website use: cookie preferences and technical or usage information associated with the services described below. This may include browser and device information, page visits and interactions with ticket links.

Please include only information relevant to your enquiry. Do not send payment-card details or identity documents through our general contact form.

How we use it

We use information to respond to enquiries, manage giveaways, deliver requested event updates and understand how our website and promotions perform. We do not sell your personal data.

Subscribing to updates is optional. Contacting us or entering a giveaway does not, by itself, mean you have agreed to receive marketing emails.

Cookies and analytics

Tickets and other websites

Ticket buttons take you to Khalti, which handles checkout on its own website. We do not collect payment-card details through this website. Khalti’s terms and privacy policy apply to information you provide there.

Links to social networks and other external websites also take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Keeping information

We retain information for the purpose it was collected: managing your subscription, responding to an enquiry or completing a giveaway and prize fulfilment. Relevant records may also be needed for administration and record-keeping. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request its deletion.

• Email updates: unsubscribe using the link in our emails, or ask us to remove you.
• Your information: ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or request deletion.
